12 STEPS TO DOUBLE YOUR INCOME SUBSCRIPTION (Billed Monthly)
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”)
OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING: The training is designed to accomplish the objectives set forth above.
TERM OF AGREEMENT:
The term or duration of this Agreement will be for a minimum of
12-months (the “Initial 12-month Term”). After 12-months, the term or
duration will become month-to-month (the “Supplemental Term”).
FEE: The fee for the specific training stated above will be $500 monthly
REFUND POLICY: The Company has a strict no refund policy.
All customer cancellations must be sent in writing, by email, within 72
hours of the customer’s next monthly bill date to
email@example.com. Any cancellation, for any reason, that
occurs prior to the expiration of the Initial 12-month Term, will result
in a cancellation fee of $1000.00 or 2-months service, whatever is
less. The cancellation fee will become due on the day of the customer’s
cancellation. No cancellation fee will be charged if a cancellation
occurs within the Supplemental Term.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Any company liability for damages to the customer under any aspect of
this Agreement will be limited to the money actually paid by the
customer under this Agreement. In no event shall the company be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, as
allowed under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW & CHOICE OF VENUE:
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of North
Carolina in all respects, including matters of construction, validity,
and performance. All legal actions arising out of or from this
Agreement will be litigated only in local, state or federal courts
within Mecklenburg County, the City of Charlotte, and the State of North
This contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to
the subject matter above and supersedes any prior written or oral
agreement with respect to such subject matter.
BREACH OF CONTRACT: We
reserve the right to send any uncollected money from incomplete contracts to a
third-party collection agency in attempt to obtain the debt. This includes, but
is not limited to, declined accounts with failed attempts to update within 30
days of initial decline, declined early contract termination fees, and
unwarranted chargebacks while under contract
